Meet Head Chef Kyler Rudy
Our kitchen is led by Head Chef Kyler Rudy, who develops our rotating menus with a calm presence and a deep passion for culinary creativity. Under his leadership, our team focuses on scratch-made quality—from our sauces to our English muffins—ensuring every plate that leaves the kitchen meets our high standards. Starting with us as a dishwasher, Chef Kyler quickly rose to our sous chef before becoming the head chef in April 2025 at just 19 years old. His calm demeanor and strict standards never fail to impress.
